Nestled along the oceanfront, The Loft offers breathtaking views of the historic Manhattan Beach Pier, sunsets that paint the studio in golden light, and the soothing sounds of the waves during practice. This cozy, unheated studio features a variety of classes and is also home to a wellness center offering massage and Ayurveda treatments, creating a true sanctuary for mind and body.

Parking Information
Parking can be challenging during the summer months and weekends! If you're a local, we highly recommend walking or riding your bike.
Bikes can be parked and locked up inside of the lobby of our building, outside of 11th Street. There is a convenient bike station on the strand off 11th Street.
If you’re driving there are metered parking spots on 11th Street, as well as metered lots on Ocean Drive across from 1112 Ocean Drive.
During busy summer months we recommend parking at Metlox Parking Structure at 451 Manhattan Beach Blvd and taking a short 5 minute walk down to the studio.
